Distribution

International Warehouse Group can handle all of your distribution needs, whether you're selling to a retailer, distributor, wholesaler, or direct to distribution centers. We handle all types of freight: full pallets, loose cartons, displays, etc. We also handle all types of products: electronics, medical, garments, food, building materials, hardware, toys, gifts, jewelry, accessories, packaging, etc.

Palletizing

International Warehouse Group will place your shipments on pallets for easier and safer handling for light items, and a means to transfer heavier items by forklift. As per your request, or if necessary, pallets can be shrink wrapped.

Pick / Pack

International Warehouse Group can receive your pick tickets electronically or via e-mail/fax. Our team of trained professionals will pull your orders as per pick ticket instructions. Then they will pack them accordingly, whether full cases or loose pieces. If necessary, the orders will be palletized and arranged for pick-up through our traffic department.

Fulfillment Services

International Warehouse Group's fulfillment center offers a full range of services. We have a team of professionals that work with you. They make sure that your order is received, via your Web-Site or e-mail, and then a pick ticket is sent to the floor for picking and packing. Your order will be shipped and an alert will be sent. After web-based orders have been shipped, the tracking information will be posted to your website for your customers to easily and conveniently track.

Replenishment

International Warehouse Group's team can handle all of your replenishment orders. Orders can be replenished daily or weekly. We can receive your EDI transmissions on a daily basis. Our staff can turn most orders within 24 hours, have them routed, and send your ASNs out.

Storage

International Warehouse Group provides indoor, outdoor, and trailer storage for all types of freight. Our staff will custom build an area for your product. Both racking and floor storage are available for your individual needs.

Climate Control

International Warehouse Group's facilities are climate controlled to meet your requirements. We have segregated areas so your items stay cool and dry.

U.S. Custom Bonded

International Warehouse Group's building is a custom bonded facility. Your freight is secure in a bonded area for U.S. Customs to inspect. We have been rated a low risk warehouse by Homeland Security and many other insurance companies and banks. This allows us to offer a secure warehouse to all our customers.

Secured Outdoor Storage

International Warehouse Group offers six acres of secured outdoor storage. Whether it's stored in containers or on cantilevers, our facilities can handle it! We have stored anything from telephone poles to cable wire. Our 24 hour guard and security camera system ensures the safety and security of your stored items. We can erect any type of racking, or covering, to keep your merchandise intact.

Returns

International Warehouse Group's receiving department will only accept a return if we have a Return Authorization from our customer. Returns without proper authorization will be refused. This allows tighter control of your business. If proper authorization is presented and the return is accepted, it is checked in, inspected, and put back into our inventory. If it is damaged, we will wait for further instructions on how to proceed.

Reversed Logistics

International Warehouse Group will take surplus products then inspect, refurbish, and repack them for resale.

E-Commerce

Whether your site is a site that ships direct to consumers or to retailers, International Warehouse Group's dedicated staff can monitor your website, pull in orders, and turn them within 24 hours. We offer all types of packing materials to ensure that your merchandise arrives safe and secure. We can also provide for returns and restock for future orders. If rework is necessary, our trained team of professionals can repackage and return all items to stock for new orders.

International Warehouse Group specializes in 28' pups to 53' road & storage trailers including but not limited to dry van, lift gate, refrigerated, garment on hanger, specialized equipment, and 20' & 40' ground storage containers available for short or long term rentals.

LTL / FTL

International Warehouse Group offers Less-Than-Truckload and Full Truckload services. We can deliver your perishable, non-perishable, or fragile freight to its destination quickly and safely.

Air/Ocean/Rail Freight Pick-Up

International Warehouse Group offers pick-up and delivery to all airports, ports, and rail locations.

Lift Gate Services

International Warehouse Group offers a cost and service effective alternative for the delivery of your freight. We can provide timely hydraulic lift gate service from any of our terminals.

GPS Tracking

All of International Warehouse Group's trucks are equipped with state-of-the-art GPS tracking devices. This allows us to locate our drivers, and your freight, while in transit.

Flatbed Service

International Warehouse Group offers professional flatbed trucking service for a wide variety of industries. We can supply the specific equipment needed to meet the needs of any project.

Consolidation

International Warehouse Group provides full service of consolidation services. We can receive your containers or truck loads, breakdown all freight, and palletize by store or warehouse location.

Cross-docking

International Warehouse Group can receive your products, reload them, and ship them out, thus eliminating storage time.

Transloading

International Warehouse Group's team can carefully transfer your shipment from one mode of transportation to another.

UPS/Fed-EX/USPS

International Warehouse Group uses UPS, Fed-EX, and USPS when necessary to meet your individual needs.

Retail Store Deliveries

International Warehouse Group will pick-up and deliver merchandise right to the retailer's store, typically bypassing the retailer's warehouse. We will also deliver merchandise from our warehouse to any retailer in the U.S.

Pool Distributions

International Warehouse Group provides pool distribution programs that are designed to meet unique handling and delivery requirements, and are a cost effective means to move your product to market on a time-definite basis. This is a cost effective alternative to the high cost of LTL shipments. Instead of LTL direct, we will ship your order to regional terminals in a volume shipment. Your order will be off loaded, segregated, and sorted by store, then reloaded onto local delivery trucks for delivery to a variety of pool destinations. Benefits of pool shipping include shorter transit times, shipment integrity, and a significant discount over LTL rates.

Brokerage

International Warehouse Group helps both shippers and carriers to achieve their goals. We will determine the needs of our shipper and help them to find reliable carriers, which might have otherwise been difficult to locate, at an acceptable price. As a result, we help carriers to fill their trucks and earn money for transporting various products.

Trailer Leasing and Rentals

We have trailer rentals; daily, weekly, and monthly, short term and long term. We have equipment available from 28' to 53' as well as lift gate, refrigerated and specialty equipments. Also available: 20' and 40' ground storage containers.

Specialty Services

Repacking

If an order arrives incorrectly, International Warehouse Group's team can repack it. We can handle any request that you or your customer may have. Special projects are our forte!

Ticketing / Labeling

International Warehouse Group's on-site staff can pre-ticket or re-ticket orders as per your request. We can also remove tickets and replace bags. Whatever your needs are, we can accommodate them. Quantity is not an issue. We are always prepared for rush orders, and will deliver to your customers on time.

Kitting / Assembly

International Warehouse Group can get your product to market faster while saving you money! Here at IWG we will collect and assemble individual products to create a new, marketable product unit, as per your request. With assembly services, orders are assembled and shipped as a single unit. Kitting services include assembling kits that contain the components, or assemblies, of a product in a single package and then shipping them out as a single unit. IWG can help you quickly get your product on the market and available for purchase. We can also reduce the costs of manufacturing and alleviate the stress of having to sell, manufacture, and ship products yourself. Our facilities and staff allow us to adapt to any size job requirements. We are flexible, reliable, and efficient with getting the job done quickly and properly.

Quality Control

International Warehouse Group's receiving department inspects all incoming freight and will notify customers of any open cartons or damages that have occurred during shipping. We will take digital photos and send them you if necessary. We are also trained to look for any unusual discrepancies, and will open individual packages for a thorough inspection if required.
